Riyadh - Mubasher: Charalampos Mylonas resigned from his position as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mutakamela Insurance Company, effective 4 June 2026, due to personal reasons.
Since 17 April 2024, Mylonas served as Chairman of the Executive Committee and member of the Risk Committee, according to a bourse filing.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the Tadawul-listed company logged net losses after Zakat of SAR 10.62 million, against profits of SAR 5.80 million in Q1-25.
